"Excellent value at a fair price. I had a quote, contract, and new roof in three days! The workmanship was excellent. Maurice is polite and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be using this company for more projects on my house!"

"Michael James Classic Exteriors 67422 Natures Way St. Clairsville OH 43950 Dear Mr. James, We wanted to write to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with the roof your company installed on our 1929 brick home in Steubenville Ohio. From our first meeting with John Gianangeli, things went very smoothly. John was very knowledgeable in roofing materials, styles, types of features, and most importantly what procedures our installation would entail. Then we could see a complete picture of the scope we were signing up for. You handled new plywood, water and ice protection, dimensional shingles, ridge vents, and removal of asbestos shingles. Also, we have to say that the crew we had, supervised by Abraham, did an excellent job! They were so professional and conscientious with their work and it showed in the results. Our neighbors gave us so many compliments on the new roof. People stopped us while we walked our dogs to comment on the new roof. In fact, we were so happy with our experience with Classic Interiors that we called John back that same week to install gutters for us. Again, we were pleased with the good work that Gutter Guys, your contractor, did for us too. We highly recommend your company to any our neighbors, friends, and family that need roofing or gutters installed. Please pass this positive feedback to all who were involved with our project. Sincerely, Paula & Joe Greer Steubenville OH"

"It went very well. While they were not always able to be exactly on time, they were never very late. They cleaned up each evening before leaving so that we didn't have to deal with a lot of mess. They laid the tile is beautifully including in the shower surround. Everything was done to the scale of perfection and they would have used on their own homes. The workers we're very friendly, courteous and respectful. They were willing to take feedback as they worked and incorporated all the changes that I asked for. They were very reliable about picking up materials for the job and letting us know what those costs were. This was another excellent job by Chris Means and By All Means & More. We have been using them for years now and they never disappoint."

"We hired W.H.A.S. Renovations to install new flooring in our offices and are so pleased with their services. They were extremely prompt in responding to our request for a quote and quick to get us on their schedule. They made sure to keep us updated on the progress of the project and even shared photos of the floors each day. The installation process went very smoothly and we plan on working with them again in the future!"

"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with the end result!"

"The original repair date was July 30, 2024 8:00-5:00. At 12:04, I received an email that the technician Trever was on his way. When he had still not arrived and I had not heard from him, I tried calling the Sears Home Service number and was unable to speak to a person to ask what may have happened. I then called Choice and was told they have no control over the companies they hire to provide the repair services but would reach out to Sears to schedule another person. I then received an email that the technician commented "customer declined service" with a payment receipt for $300.00. WHAT!! Trever never arrived and we never declined service to a person who wasn't here and didn't call. I waited all day for him!! Then Sears Home Services had the nerve to send an email asking for me to rate the excellence of service. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile my dishwasher still hasn't been repaired or evaluated. The next morning, Wednesday, July 31, William C from Sears Home Services called and said he would be here between 12:00 and 12:30. He arrived about 12:45 and went right to work trying to figure out the problem with the dishwasher. He determined that the cost of repair would exceed $450 and it would take at least a week for the parts to be delivered . He spoke to Michelle at Choice Home Warranty and she said she would let him know whether it should be repaired or replaced. She did call back a few minutes later to say it would be replaced. Not long after that I did receive an email from Choice with that news and the allowance of $246 instead of a replacement. I went to Lowe's to see what I could purchase to replace my dishwasher. The $246 barely covers the $174 delivery and installation and $50 charge to remove the old dishwasher. I ended up tapping the "accept" option b/c I felt pressured. The salesman at Lowe's said it would be at least two weeks for any new dishwasher to be delivered to the store and then scheduled for delivery and installation. Also, I have to pay up front for the entire costs involved. Your email stated it could take up to 30 days to receive the eCard for Lowe's. In the meantime, I STILL don't have a dishwasher. I would very much appreciate CHW expediting the eCard for Lowe's so I can purchase a new dishwasher."

"The Job started as scheduled with five workmen on the roof @ 8:00 AM.  They removed old roof vents and cut in for the requested Ridge Vent and the Roof started taking shape.  The Roofing turned out great, but the supplier had shorted them a couple of peaces of trim.  At this point, I requested some additional gutter edge trim that had not been included in the original estimate.  All trim materials had to be ordered and was install a few days later.
The Contractor was very professional, honest and did an excellent job, including the cleanup.  I have to give Bazell Construction a 5-Star Rating, as they did a beautiful job that adds value to my home.
I have also contracted Bazell Constr. to do a partial Siding Job and some other odds and ends Jobs.  They are the B E S T ! ! !

"They were real fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them as well."

"I am very satisfied with the quality of the care they took in completing the installations.  Energy efficient furnace is fantastic and with the insulation, I've saved a bundle on heating and cooling bills this past year."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
