I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"Joe and his team were wonderful to work with.  We needed our ceilings painted in preparation to list our house.  There was some water damage in a closet from a previous roof leak and some damage to the downstairs ceiling from a poorly taped drywall panel.  Joe managed to squeeze our job in for quick turnaround which was greatly appreciated.
He estimated about 1 day of work on the house.  He and his team arrived promptly that morning and began by moving necessary furniture and applying dropcloths and plastic sheeting on everything.  Unfortunately, due to unforeseen difficulties, they ran into problems with the closet and the downstairs repair.  The closet had more extensive damage than initially thought which required replacing the drywall.  They didn't have the items they needed to perform that repair.  As for the downstairs, as they attempted to repair the poor tape job, their patch work kept bubbling and peeling.  Something the prior owns had used to "fix" the problem was preventing them from successfully repairing the ceiling.  I was worried this would cause serious delays, but Joe and his team were able to return the following day whereupon they continued the work.  By the end of the day they had everything good as new.  They packed up all of their equipment, vacuumed thoroughly and made certain that were happy with the job before they left.  They didn't raise the originally quoted price either.  As Joe told me, he doesn't like to raise prices for unforeseen issues.
He and his team were all very respectful and personable.  I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.  Their pricing was higher than others, but having seen the care they took with the job, the attention to detail, and the site preparation, it's clear why.

"They are very efficient. I picked out the granite on a Saturday and by Thursday they were installing the countertop. Other granite places were at least two weeks for installation and were more expensive. I even got a free sink. I hired their plumber (Sal) at an additional $250 and it was worth it; he was very nice and knew what we was doing. The granite countertop is beautiful and I recommend Kol's."

Hi! The cost to refinish a standard 5ft tub in white or off white, would be $399. This assumes that the tub is not a jetted tub has not been done before (if it has, it will need to be stripped, add $100); and that the tub is in good shape structurally (no leaks, major cracks, or drainage issues). If this is a clawfoot tub, the above would apply to the inside only. To include the tub surround or if this is a 1pc fiberglass enclosure unit, add $250. If the work is different (sinks, counters, tile work etc.) we will need details and pictures, if you can. We'll get you a quote quickly. Our tubs come with a 5 year warranty, the job can take up to 4-5 hours to do, and cures in 16 hours to use. I can't say enough good things about Van.  We bought a new home and were dealing with several contractors on various home repairs and improvements.  Van was by far, the best.  The best quality of this company is the attitude.  Flexible, efficient and hard working.
I wanted him out there as soon as possible to quote the work so I called Van and he asked me to name the day.  I scheduled him on the day we settled on the house.  When the time of settlement moved, he said "ok, when do you want me there?".  I told him I was free at present and the owner was willing to let us in prior to settlement.  He met me there in under an hour.  When another contractor removing wallpaper at our house refused to proceed until we ripped up carpet that apparently had some flea activity from the prior owner's pets (we had already had the house sprayed and the carpet was getting removed in the next few days), I called Van to advise of the issue since he was scheduled to be out in a few days and I wanted to avoid any more delays.  Van not only didn't care but offered to come out early, rip up all of the carpet including the rooms with no hardwood underneath for an extra fee.  He even offered to fix a leaky sink (?!).
The majority of our 2800 square foot house was refinished in under 5 days.  They sanded, stained and applied a semi-gloss.  The floors are now the best part of the house.   They did a neat job and they did it quickly. 

They did drink a case of my husband's beer but I think they earned it.  This experience was headache-free from start to finish.  I would absolutely recommend this company.
