"The whole experience was great. The gal at the office, who took my appointment, was friendly and courteous. Joe, the technician, phoned before his arrival with an ETA. He was friendly and courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, and gave advice about maintaining our air conditioner--easy do's and don'ts. He topped off the coolant--it was a little low. We had grown used to warmer air blowing from the a/c. Now it's nice and cold! We had not scheduled a thermostat replacement, but it occurred to us at the last minute. Our old thermostat was never very accurate, as the two temperatures never really matched. Joe had a good quality Honeywell digital thermometer, and he quickly installed it. It works great with accurate control of temperature. The prices were reasonable and competitive. I found this company recommended on Angie's List, and I definitely add my recommendation.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."

"Jeff and his team did a great job. This was not an easy job for the following reasons:

• Low lit area
• Attic space that was probably in the upper 80s to work in
• Plaster ceiling below that is very fragile
• Electrical was running through the joist they needed to clear
• Old subfloor boards are not easy to work with, some of them had previously cracked

With all of the above issues to deal with the team had no problem clearing the space without damaging anything.

 address the problem with our hard water issue before & still we've had these leaks, it was getting very expensive. I'm convinced that the install of the new flex-pipe has fixed our long time problem. I also thought I'd take advantage of his other skills & ask him about my very old furnace. He provided recommendations that I will put in place today that are easy & that I haven't been doing in the past. I know where I will go when I need future plumbing needs. "After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.
