Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. "My experience with Atlantic was one of the best - if not THE best - I've ever had with home maintenance and repair companies!

Since I'd never had the heating/AC ducts in my house cleaned in the 20 years I'd been here, I solicited estimated from three companies.  This one had been recommended by my oil company owner, who said that it had been recognized in the industry as doing high quality work.  All three estimates were about the same, but the owner of Atlantic, Jack Prindiville, impressed me as being far more professional and knowledgeable than the other estimators.  He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was scheduled to have the work done very promptly.

I couldn't have hoped for better workmen than the two young men who did the work.  They were fairly young, professional, efficient, hard-working, and extremely good-natured.  They completed the job fairly quickly, but thoroughly, and left no trace of any mess.  This was an A+ experience in every way!!!
