"Detroit Concrete Leveling diagnosed my somewhat complex driveway issues and fixed the issues as described. They were honest and efficient in quoting and completing the work. I was able to hire a snowplowing contractor after this repair."

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"
With Ayers’ full-perimeter waterproofing system and CleanSpace wall protectant, the basement is now dry, clean, and secure. Water is directed into the drainage system and safely pumped out, giving the homeowners peace of mind that their investment is protected and their renters have a safe, comfortable home.

Amy and Ryan’s crawl space was damp, dirty, and filled with cobwebs, leaving them uneasy about its effect on their home’s stability. Water intrusion was a major concern, and they worried about long-term damage.
A family struggled with moisture issues in their basement, preventing them from creating additional living space. That's when they contacted Ayers about their wet basement problems.

"The original quote was $1600 which grew to over $5,000. A simple weeding resulted in the removal of stone pathways, destruction of pet burial spot, tons of mulch and no replacement of stones. A tiny rebate was offered but has yet to be delivered. Lack of response to emails or follow up."

A square cut paver patio looks more formal, and the dark paver border really helps to define the space.
This patio has a natural feel due to the irregular cut stone with a "river" of stone running through it.

"We had Macomb concrete co tractors 586-871-6443 replace our old cracked driveway in Windermere woods Macomb Township. I had priced our eight other companies and not only was this great company the best price. I have looked around other homes and the work and their quality was by the best I have seen. I spoke with a person named Dennis Merlini and not only did they deliver on timing, quality and price they even put the grass back around my driveway. If I could give them ten stars I certainly would have. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Great job to your whole team. You definitely understand how to go on and above and you are old school. Thank you Mike Garvonic"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in New Haven, MI

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
