"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"We had two teams - one for the roof and one for the gutters. Both teams were great. Steve was the foreman for our roofing team and he did a great job at communicating with us every step of the way. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The gutter team arrived a couple of days later and again, they worked very quickly. We were awaiting the arrival of rain barrels so we gave them the dimensions and they cut the gutters to fit and gave us additional length to slide in for the winter months. Everyone we interacted with from the company was professional and courteous."

"I’m satisfied with L & H. The work done was good and the price was fair, and Tim was very flexible with timing. The thing I appreciated most was that he was wiling to replace only the actual front door slab without a pre-built frame (unlike other contractors I talked to), which would have changed the entire configuration and look of the front porch entry. It was a custom door and he still had to cut it to fit with the sloped floor (this is normal for porches) but he made it work and I’m happy with it."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite.
