"Art called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He began to work immediately. Art asked what area I had heard scratching and made certain he treated near that spot. Both my attic and crawl space were treated. When Art had completed the treatment, I asked about the chipmunks and showed him the trap I had bought, but the chipmunk was able to escape. Art had some traps with him to show me the size needed for chipmunks. I did buy a used trap from Art, to see if I could remove a chipmunk or 2 before spring. This company was very courteous and answered all my questions during my original phone call. "After a recent hail storm I called my insurance company. They sent out an adjuster who gave me an appraisal that omitted several things that were damaged. The insurance company also omitted compensation for the extra cost of repairing a steep roof and even shorted us on the amounts of roofing material required. I have hired Chris Sanders' company on two previous occasions. A roof replacement and basement drywall repair and repainting. Sanders provided excellent, timely service on both of the previous jobs.

He then scheduled a re-appraisal and was present when the  insurance appraiser returned.  Chris went over the entire roof and guttering along with the appraiser and got us compensated for all of the damages to our home.  The roofing and gutter crew were very hard working people. They were on the job  when promised, and completed their work on time. Both crews provided excellent work and completely cleaned up afterwards. He found things on our roof that other companies had missed and this enabled us to make a claim to our home owners policy. He came back out when the adjuster came.
