"I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. "Recently purchased a new house that potentially had a leak with the irrigation system. The front yard was flooded with water from an unknown source. We call an irrigation company to assess the situation and they believed it was an issue with the main water. We called McCoy who did a great job assessing the situation. First they checked where we thought the source of the issue was located. It was not the main water line to the house but a broken access line to sewer pipe. They replaced the pipe and put on a new cap. They then pressure checked the inside and outside pipes to determine there was not a leak. This then helped us determine the that source of the water was from the drainage system around the house. Thanks for all your help."

"Bought a house which had been vacant for an extended period.  County required Gas line inspection.  Inspection revealed several leaks in the gas line.  Removed old gas line and installed completely new line to all three outlets. Required several inspections by public works and Jim took care of scheduling, permits and everything.
 Water heater turned out to be rusted out too, so had it replaced also.  
Jim and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with.  He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything.  Always on time and followed up after each visit to make sure we were pleased. Even came in on a Saturday at no extra charge to install the new water heater.
