"I highly recommend this company! Our AC unit went completely dead and (of course) the weather was sunny and in the 90’s. Our house was sweltering. We called American Air at 5:30 pm and the service person was there that night! He realized we needed a whole new unit. It was also a Friday night. He brought us a very nice portable unit to use until Monday when our new unit would be installed. They showed up Monday morning and worked in the blazing heat until about 4:00 pm. Because of the age of our units, we went ahead and purchased an AC and furnace as well. Our furnace is in the attic which was probably about 150 degrees up there. The guys were exceptionally professional and polite. Never once complained. They stayed and made sure both units were working properly. We would absolutely use this company again!!!"
