"My dryer would run for about 2-3 minutes and then shut off. I called an appliance repair person to come out to fix it. He told me I needed a new 220 volt outlet. I called Beech Grove Electric. Within a couple hours Kenny called me back and scheduled me for the next morning. He called me the next morning to let me know he was on the way. He arrived when he said he would. He not only replaced my outlet, but his helper cleaned up behind my dryer. He then made sure to put my dryer back where it belonged. I have never called Beech Grove Electric before, but I would not hesitate to call them again. My dryer is working fine now."

"The service technician showed up late for the appointment. However, it took him less than five minutes to determine what the problem was. He said the refrigerator needed a new compressor. He then said that it would take one hour to get the part and then thirty minutes to install it. He quoted the price and asked us if the plan and price was acceptable. We gave the OK and he delivered exactly what he said he would do. We expected to be told we needed a new refrigerator. We were very pleased with the experience."

"John is "old school" if you know what I mean. He not only does what he says he will do but goes above and beyond what you expect at a reasonable rate, not the cheapest but also not expensive. You get what you pay for. He showed up on time (he hates being late, love this about John) and worked on the weekend.
He is one of those guys that knows how to do everything. He's in his late 30's but learned on the field at an early age as a child so he brings a wealth of knowledge over 2 decades.
John has done several jobs for us I plan on providing those reviews as well.
While John has his fingerprints on several major construction projects throughout the state of Indiana, he doesn't come across as arrogant but you can tell he really enjoys solving people's home handyman and remodeling problems.
To be honest, I almost hate rating him as I know as soon as others discover what he can do he will likely not be as available schedule wise to us, but with his work ethic, skill, experience, and looking out for his customers, it's hard not to be a fan of John's and let others know about him. I count it a privilege to be the first one to rate him. Cheers to you John, thanks again for what you do!
