Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. He went to purchase the part before showing up. On top of that, he told me what washer brands he'd recommend and why. What technician would do that? It would be a plus if he gave me an approximate repair estimate before he arrived. A little sticker shock. But I decided to go with the repair instead of waiting for someone to call me back in the next 3 days and then another week or two for the appointment with other big box stores or the manufacturer.
