"The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"P&M Plumbing arrived promptly and on short notice. The work was done very professionally, area left clean and orderly and the sump pump works phenomenally! I had spent 17 hours vacuuming and lugging water after the last storm, so I was thrilled at the thought of having a sump pump. We received about 3 inches of rain the next day and they even called to make sure everything was working well! In this day, it is a wonderful surprise to have a company really care about the customer and the quality of their work and I am more than delighted. Even with the 5-6 inches we received last night, I had no cleanup to do! I am highly recommending P&M!"

Not only did they quickly respond but was at our home in a few hours - they repaired our chimney, replacing bricks and mortor and ordered a part for our flue.
