"Would go lower if possible. I had several windows that needed replacing. After repeated phone calls, promised dates, not showing up, and finally being over an hour late for an agreed upon time (after I called their manager and complained again). The windows are being replaced. I hate giving harsh reviews but most people can't wait a month to get windows replaced! I simply cannot offer any level or recommendation for Big River Glass! Jeff , the service guy, indicated they had new management I hope for them it is successful."

My name is Pete, and I'm the owner of The Labat Wood Shop. I specialize in building custom furniture like bars, beds and dining room tables from exotic hardwoods. I also build small crafts like cutting boards, coasters, keepsake boxes and serving trays. I've been building since 2014 so I'm very comfortable with hand and power tools, and I have a fully functioning wood shop with professional grade machinery. "Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
