"We were in the process of selling our home and had issues with our well. We tried calling several water "system" companies and never felt like we got honest feedback. All were trying to sell us add-ons, future upgrades, and super expensive systems. We were referred to US Water Systems and told to speak with "Greg" (Adams) or "Mark" (Timmons). We worked primarily with Greg and he was UNBELIEVEABLY helpful. Even with years of experience, everything was explained at our level thoroughly and we were given numerous options. At one point we weren't sure if there was a system that would fit our needs and US Water offered to custom build if we had no other option--and even with this option, their pricing was no different than if we were purchasing a manufactured system. There was no pressure to buy specific systems and no pressure to spend tons of cash. We could have spent $100 or $1000 but believe their level of service would have been unchanged. Greg and the crew definitely went the extra mile and working with them was one of the better experiences we had in trying to sell our home. We are now about an hour away from US Water Systems but would be more than willing to make the trip in the future. It's rare especially with a down economy to find such straight forward people to work with."

"They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected.
These extra things were at no extra labor charge since it was mostly done in an hour and we had the pieces to put in, just a few dollars for the PVC pipe.  Did a great job, were friendly, and kind to ask if there was anything else since they were paid for the time really appreciated them...far more than the general contractor who was a nightmare.

Mike recommended installing a perimeter drain along the basement wall with a sump pump. The quoted price was very fair, and he didn't push back or try to upsell me when I decided to only install the drain along the problem wall instead of the entire house. Within a week (around Christmas as well), Mike and his crew came out and completed the project. They were friendly, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. So far (2 weeks later) the basement is dry, and there have been several heavy downpours. This is a small, husband and wife owned business that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. Highly recommended!"
