"Immediately upon arrival, the technician was totally professional introducing self and communicating in the most polite manner possible. The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. Upon completion of the services, the technician provided photos of the work areas both prior and subsequent to the services performed. The technician went the extra mile to ensure that there was a satisfied customer. Prior to requesting the services from this business I made inquiries to determine the best professional and quality business for the services I needed and all my inquiries resulted in this business. I strongly recommend this business for this type of method."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Steve contacted me on the same day that I submitted a request for an estimate by phone.  He came for the estimate within a few days and the work was done in 10 days after I made an initial call.  He was very punctual and his work was very thorough.  Best of all, he sent me very frequent e-mail messages about his schedule, confirmation, and so forth.  I definitely recommend him for small or large demolition work.  "

"Florian is an absolute professional! The service was performed with care and cleanliness. Pricing is by far the most affordable, beating all quotes by at least $50. I definitely will use their services again. This is the type of service that all contractors should strive to achieve. Thanks again Florian, you are a class act!"

"Great competent service. Answered questions. Would hire again. Polite. Great price."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"The tech arrived within their window and were helpful and professional. One even went out of his way to show me how to change the main filter in my heating system, which wasn't part of the service."

"Outstanding! The second time that I have depended upon Ambient. Naturally, while away taking care of aging parents, my wife reported the A/C was on the blink. Within just a few hours, Ray responded and got the A/C “back on track”. I returned home a few days later, Ray made it a point to come by on a Sunday....no extra charge!!!....to ensure that the A/C would make it a few days longer while he ordered parts. He and Zach......back a few days later....to complete an outstandingly efficient job of installation.....at what I believed to be a more than fair price!! Ray and Zach will go the extra mile....because they take pride in their work. And we, my family, could not be more pleased!! Thank you, gentlemen!"

"They did not charge me for the estimate. It was good it was just too much I didn't want to pay that much. I had an appointment, they came out and explained the options whether central or whether to do a split, where they put it, or what they would do."
