"Scheduling was easy. I called on Friday and they came out on Monday. I also spoke to the tech on the phone to get a ballpark estimate of possible scenarios and costs. Although the service visit window was 4 hours, Aable called 30 minutes in advance to say the tech was on his way. The tech (Aaron) diagnosed that pump motor was bad. He also noticed that the shocks were bad. He outlined the pros and cons of repair vs purchasing a new washer. We decided on repair. He had the pump motor on his truck and installed it in short order. The replacement shocks were ordered and installed within 2 days. The washer now runs better (and quieter) than it did even before the motor failed. The technician was efficient, considerate and neat (no mess was left for us to clean up)! HIs follow-up visit was equally professional. I would use them again."

"I called Action Appliance (soon to be JR Appliance) at around 9:30 this morning when my dryer started making a very strange noise. As soon as I described the sound JR pretty much new that it must be sort of foreign item that had been caught in the fan or motor (one of those things). He showed up an hour and half later took apart my dryer and found the problem (a playing cart was the culprit; the 9 of Clubs). After cleaning the entire inside of the dryer that was covered with lint he put the dryer back together, and replaced the hose that was also stuffed with lint.
