"We have a very old home that required careful consideration around Heating/AC installation to replace floor furnaces and window units. The house has high ceilings, is not insulated, and is therefore very drafty. Our considerations included cost, efficiency, effectiveness and because the house is so old, aesthetics of the unit as a whole. After several consultations and estimates from various companies, we chose Stuart Services and couldn't be more pleased. Their patience with us as we took our time deciding our best options was remarkable. They made multiple trips to inspect, suggest, review and explain the plan, as well as answer our enormous list of questions. In addition, their financing plan made it able for us to afford such a large expense. The folks in the office were quick, helpful and patient. The installation crew were quick, clean and also patient, as mentioned, we had many questions and concerns and the crew included us in every step of the installation process.
