Prior to starting the project, the scope of the work, with discussion of the many options involving construction and design, was very carefully reviewed. Santos offered good ideas when requested The general construction and tile work were excellent. The tile patterns were laid out and carefully aligned. The grout and caulk were applied and smoothed very neatly. Plumbing and new fixtures were properly installed. The shower floor and ledges have the proper slant. The work crew arrived on time and took care to clean at the end of each day. After the job was completed, we found a couple minor items that needed to be corrected. Santos responded immediately to our request and returned right away to fix them with a cheerful attitude. We definitely will hire him again for any future construction project."

He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! "Beautiful job! The kitchen counters have nevaska granite, and perla venata quartzite for the kitchen bar. Went in one Saturday, founds the ones we liked, took samples home to test for staining, etching, scratches - both passed with flying colors. Went back the next Saturday to pick our slabs, they came and measured, went back for placement on the stone and they installed the following Friday. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours. Very nice bunch of guys who did a beautiful job, didn't break or ruin anything - it was a pleasure to have a job run smooth and everything look better than when they came. We love the new stone, it looks like we have a bigger kitchen and the stone is so beautiful - we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend KOL - they have an extensive selection, will answer ALL the questions you may have, and do a wonderful installation."

It couldn't have gone any smoother working with Kevin.  He was responsive, professional and delivered first quality work.  We originally thought we could tackle the kitchen backsplash ourselves, but the tile we selected combined glass and stone.  Didn't want to take a chance and opted for a tile expert.  He arrived on time and quickly completed the job with little to no mess.  We are extremely pleased and cannot believe our kitchen is finally done!  Highly recommend Love Tile and Marble for any home improvements. "The grout in our master bath shower was moldy and cracked. We got another estimate but Tony's price was better and he was able schedule the job promptly. He was very professional and friendly. Before starting the work he laid down cardboard over our hardwood floors, and drop cloths over stairs and carpeting. When the old tile was removed it was evident that the builder had used ordinary wallboard behind the tile, which was damp, and would have been more of a problem in years to come if we hadn't replaced it as Tony recommended. The actual job took only 3 days, though it was delayed several times due to the rough winter we had. Tony always kept in touch and was always available by phone. We are very pleased with our new shower. When the job was done, Tony cleaned up everything. He used the garage to cut tile and left it cleaner than when he started. We would definitly have him work for us again and will recommend him to others.
