He called me back in just a little bit of time with the price to replace it, he put us on his schedule for 8:30 AM. That morning Jim pulled into our driveway at 8:30 ready to get the job done. There were no multiple trips to a supply house for parts or supplies. He was very attentive to our property and made prompt cleanup of spilled water and cleaned up as he went ago. He made fast work of replacing the heater he then removed the old water heater and all materials that he removed to place the new one in. Mike even [painfully] removed the frozen-in-place Church Seat toilet seat [very labor intensive] and installed a new color-matched composite seat unit. First class job."

Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
