"The whole experience with Mr. Appliance was fantastic. I put in a request for service on Angi on Monday evening and at 8:05 am on Tuesday morning their office called me to set up an appointment for the next day. The staff was professional and courteous and organized. They sent me a text and an email with a photo of the technician that I could expect to come to my home. He arrived within the designated window of time and called me 10 minutes before he arrived. His name was Jeremiah and he put a rug outside my door, booties on his shoes, and a rubber mat to set his stuff on my counter. He evaluated the repair and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He documented everything with photos and even called the manufacturer's customer care line on our behalf. He didn't seem rushed at all. It was like getting my refrigerator repaired by a friend. Finally, he left us his card and a magnet and emailed me a complete description of what we discussed and the repair invoice. I would definitely recommend this company. We will be using them for our appliance repairs from now on."

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer.
