After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "I returned from a two-week vacation to find the top floor of my condo flooded and damage to the ceiling on the floor below.  There was no obvious source of the leak.  I called other plumbers, but Clive Stephens was the only one who was able to come out that day and help me. I'm not in his usual service area, but when I told him a previous customer recommended him, and the plumber he referred me to couldn't fit me in for 5 days, he was able to come out that evening.  He found the leak (a cracked toilet tank) and isolated it so I could have water in the rest of the house.  Mr. Stephens was courteous and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services. We made arrangements for him to return and replace the toilet as well the garbage disposal in my kitchen that was not working.  Unfortunately, he suffers from cat allergies and will not be able to return.
