"He was quick to respond to my inquiry and got out to the house same day! He told me he was on his way and would be here by 3pm, but was 45 minutes late. I thought he might have been in an accident. A call or a text would have made this a 5 all the way around. The problem turned out to be the washers on the new water filters for my Fridge. They were not seated properly and that is what caused the leak. Wish I had thought of that, but a $100 service call was lot better then a $400 repair!"
