He and Chris replaced the tank innards and handles on both toilets in very short order and didn't charge me for the handles! Lovely people, both of them. Honest, reliable, pleasant and smart. I am going to have him do our backflow testing and, later replace our hot water heater."

They did charge extra because of that but I was willing to pay more because of the tight conditions. Gave a 4.5 in customer service because I feel like they could've communicated better. I wasn't sure when they were going to be able to make the appointment until I reached out to them again. Gave a 3.5 for value for the money because they bought a replacement with a 6 year warranty when there was an option for a 12 year warranty. I was not given the choice and would've rather gotten the 12 year replacement, especially because of the difficulty of the location in the attic, but overall satisfied with their work."

"My house is approximately 60 years old and I wanted every nook and cranny serviced.  Dennis and his crew replaced the electrical panel, every outlet, installed all new fixtures etc......He had a great carpenter that I could use to do some other work that was needed for the electrical service.  They showed up when they said they would, came back to fix little things from our walkthrough, when they said they would, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome as well as feeling safe about the electricity.
