"Woke up one morning and noticed that one of the zones of my furnace was off so I called several contractors, Hudson valley HVAC was the second I was in contact with. Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money. As it turned out it was beyond my abilities and in fact it ended up that four pipes burst. Mitch had one of his guys come over to get started on the work arrived at 11:30 a.m. Monday didn't leave till after midnight Tuesday morning and the job was done with great care to detail. When I called, the woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She offered to send a tech more quickly (2 days) and gave me a 2-hour window the day he would come. The tech came exactly on time (in fact, a little early) and I got a text message before his arrival with his picture and credentials -- which I thought was very professional and made me feel more confident about letting him in our home. The tech himself was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He was at our home for 2 hours - and did both the repair work and overall maintenance check with several suggestions.
