Brian was upfront with all of the costs for a new unit, which we decided to go with, and gave a very reasonable price for the service. She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the employee's and their attitude and will continue to use SPOOR to repair or service my heat pump heating or cooling problems."

My only complaint about their service was that they charged 3 times what other plumbers had charged me for this same service and I didn't find out it was going to be so high until he was there.
