"I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Moulton Mechanical Services. In this day and age of spotty service, Jarod is like a throwback to when excellent service was valued. He is always responsive, checks in frequently and goes above and beyond what is expected from a vendor. When we had a major problem resulting in needing a new heating system, he even lent us some of his own portable heaters to get us through and checked on us frequently. He also advised us that the damage caused by our faulty heater should be covered by our insurance which we would never even have considered. He checks in frequently and answers all calls and texts promptly. I cannot think of a situation where I have had better service, ever. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
