"I was trying to purchase a home in Fremont NH and I was still in Colorado. Lisa, at Fireside Sweeps was so kind and helpful to have the techs go to the home that very day I called and reviewed the situation. She had a list of suggested issues and the ballpark cost to repair. It was a huge situation as the current chimney needed to be replaced. That knowledge helped me to get the price of the home I purchased reduced so that I could have the needed repairs done when I arrived from Colorado and closed on the property. After arrival I contacted Fireside Sweeps again via email and Lisa set up a time for Steve the owner to come and review the job personally. He was here today and revisited the repairs needed and tonight (Saturday) I received the estimate (via email) to completely remove and repair my chimney and is trying hard to find a date and time he can fit me into the schedule before the snow flies here. Price seems really fair and I will do another review when the work is completed. Highly recommended at this point."

"We called several of the "Gold Star" roofers on the Angie's List website and they were the only roofers that came to our house to give us a price estimate. Of all the other roofers only one other even called us back. The rest never called. We were very disappointed with that. Robert Millard stayed in contact with us from the first call and was easy to contact throughout the whole project. Robert and his crew were all very. experienced, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. Overall they did a great job. The only negative issue was with a chimney cap that we are trying to resolve. I would definitely use them again. <br />"
