"Great. Atomic Plumbing's Jim Miller showed up during the scheduled maintenance window. We talked about the problem of the clogged pipe, and then he looked at a few things. Then he explained to me what was going, and why. My drainage pipe from the washing machine was smaller than it should have been. I could replace it, and other pipes under the house, or get it snaked out and cleaned out for now. I choose just the snake procedure. He was very thorough and meticulous as he drained the water from my deep sink and then undid the drain plug on the pipe, and proceeded to snake the pipe. Once done, he tested the drainage of the pipe with a full washing machine of water. It passed the test! I was very happy everything went as he said it would. Jim is also a funny guy, as he was working and we talked, he had some stories he told me, that I thought were quite hilarious. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the job he performed at the price stated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, and Atomic plumbing if some one asked me about knowing a good plumber. I know if I have another plumbing problem, I will be calling Atomic Plumbers again. Thanks Jim!"

"I can't say enough good things about Joe (#2181), the technician who came to our house, but I'll start with friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Before I called Roto-Rooter, I received a couple of other estimates from companies that inaccurately diagnosed the problem. Sewage was backing up into a first-floor shower, and I assumed that bathroom's sewer line needed to be snaked. The other companies said that must be the problem. But Joe determined that the blockage was a long-time buildup of sludge in the main sewer line. The other companies said they would have charged me much more than I paid -- between $500 and $600 -- and I now know their efforts wouldn't have solved the problem."

Lost one star on overall grade due to lack of subcontractor control. *Edited to give the star back because of how quickly Worleys made things right. Work completed: Backed up drain cleaned out then scoped, revealed bellied pipes, required 150 ft of sewer pipe replacement (to include going through the slab for access), adding gravel under the pipe, and French drain installation near the sewer pipe to prevent recurrence. Worleys caught the root cause of our problems, which at least 4 other local plumbing companies missed. What impressed us is they hold a professionalism/technical standard higher than state requirements. They went the extra mile in many ways; even saved my more expensive landscaping plants and did not have to. The sub-contractor was just okay, we ran into a couple quality control issues there. Worleys very quick to make it right. Ask for a Happy Check if there is a problem with a subcontractor."

"American Home Shield sent out Jonathan Barchick from Bell Cow (Virginia Beach) in January to look at a shorted out wire for which I paid a copay of $75.00. At the time, the plate with the shorted out wire couldn't be accessed because of the location of my stacked washer and dryer, so Jonathan rerouted everything away from that plate and made sure that I had power back to my stovetop/light/socket and that everything was safe. Unfortunately, the wires shorted out again in April after I had the stacked washer/dryer units replaced with a smaller machine. However, now that the plate could be reached, Jonathan was able to fix the problem and didn't charge for the call since it was related to the previous problem. He was prompt, explained what was wrong and what he was doing each step of the way (both times), and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would describe Jonathan as honest, dependable, and ethical - highly recommended."
