I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Drained down and removed old tank type water heater in attic. Built wall in attic for new Navien tankless water heater. Once wall was built mounted new unit. Ran new section of gas line with new regulator to tankless. Connected water lines. Ran new pvc vent line through roof. Once everything was installed turned unit on to test. Strapped up and insulated water lines. Had to plug extension cord in downstairs until electrician came out to install outlet in attic for unit, which was done a couple days later (price already included in the job quote)."
