"They got my hot water heater installed in under an hour, and great customer service with experienced plumbers!"

"Very professional and all-around decent guy. We started with Jospeh measuring, asking specifically what I wanted to be done to the 1/3 acre lawn area. He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%. EXTREMELY SATISFIED."

"We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions."

"David recently came out for a periodic system inspection and promptly replaced a sump pump exit line valve out in the yard that had been damaged by a lawnmower. we discussed adding a backup to the sump pump, which I decided to do. Matthew was out in just a few days to take care of that installation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. These guys are pros."

"Yes, the crew (Isaiah, Brian and Austin), were very professional and hardworking. They were fun to have around and they did a great job. They removed the original shims under the girders and carefully replaced them with steel shims. My house now sits on a better and more secure system. I would definitely recommend Thomas waterproofing."

"Expensive work, but Master Services is a pro. The sales rep, Sammy, was very easy to work with. Danny and his crew did a great job with installation. They were prompt in getting to the work site in the morning, and they actually finished a day earlier than expected. The crew did a excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished. I will definitely recommend Master Services."

"Amazing company. No up-selling to products/services you don’t need. They saved us a lot of money compared to all other companies in town. They dug a trench around the circumference of the entire basement and installed a sump pump. The basement has been dry ever since. They knew we were in rush to sell the house and squeezed us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. Grade A professionalism!"

"Jerry and his helper were highly professional and friendly. They saved us from major issues and thousands of dollars. They listened to our issues and talked to us before they did anything. Thank you again Knee Deep."
