"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. "Our Air Conditioning went out and I got three bids on the repair. The first was over 15,000, the second almost 12,000 and then HomeAdvisor called and asked if I wanted a third bid. I am glad I said yes. Alliance Mechanical came out and actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem and determined that the only problem was three blown capacitors, probably due to a lightning strike. The total repair costs about 600 dollars and that included a supply of filters and an adapter that I ordered and had installed. I do not know whether the other companies were trying to sell me an entirely new system when they knew I did not need one, or whether they were just incompetent. What I do know is that Alliance Mechanical Services is honest, competent and reasonably priced. They will be getting all my HVAC business in the future."
