"They showed up on time and went straight to work. Set up all wiring through the walls. I was missing parts for my surround system so they could not finish setting it up. They told me what which parts to order and to call them back when it arrive. About ten days later the parts arrived and i called them and told them that the parts had arrived and when could they come back to finish the installing. "Dustin (the owner) and Lance were incredibly nice, professional, prompt, tidy, and very nice about the fact that I am not very technical.  It was obvious that they do this all the time; they worked quietly and efficiently, and were very careful with my furniture.   When I was uncertain about what I wanted, they gave me options and let me decide without pressuring me.  They even brought in a shop vac to clean up after themselves!  I was very impressed by both of them, and would use their services again in a heartbeat.  (They also do computer repair/upgrades and virus removal, as well as surround sound/home theater-type stuff.)
