Lashaun arrived on time, and got right to work. We also had a substantial landscaping project underway, but Lashaun and his associate Thomas worked around the other workers that were at our house, breaking out the hard hats when tree branches came down near them. After the installation was complete, Lashaun walked my wife an I through the operation of the system until we were familiar with the process. A definite bonus. I am very impressed with the professional look of the camera system and the work done on the installation. There are no visible wires, and the fields of view capture all the entrances to our house. "I had electrician install wiring and outlets and called to schedule completion of the work but have not received a return call. I have used SVT before and was very,pleased with their work. I was trying to be a loyal and replete customer but if they don't return service calls I can't give them my business or referrals. They've left me in a pretty bad situation being without networking for a month. Sorry he has family problems but business is business. I'm moving on, good luck. I guess they're looking for the big ticket home theatre install and to heck with the day to day concerns.
