"I have two a/c units located at my house an done would not work. Technician showed up promptly. Quickly located the problem and fixed it. Then my inside a/c had frozen and began defrosting. He cleaned up the mess for me and checked my other unit and advised that the other unit was working well. "My selling retailer could not provide warranty service on my new washer for 3 weeks or longer. I called CNS because the washer was unusable without a working detergent dispenser. CNS sent technician Amye two days after I called. Her initial diagnosis was 2 defective water pressure valves. She ordered the parts immediately. When the parts arrived 7 days later, CNS called me back to schedule a return service call to install the parts. The call was scheduled at my convenience two days later, when Amye returned and installed the replacement water pressure valves. The washer now works properly and I still have not heard anything from the selling retailer."
