"We used All Patio 12 years ago. Our table & chairs turned out great. I think the company changed hands because our recent experience was AWFUL! They picked up the furniture and deposit check the same day we called. After that it was like pulling teeth to even get them to text back, much less call or return our furniture completed. Months went by with every excuse why they couldn't deliver: - They're done but the delivery people all have Covid - They're not done and have to be done - They're done (again?) but have problems and have to be redone - We're all out making deliveries in Arizona - We're changing powder coating companies (we got this one 3 times) After 6 months we finally drove out to the warehouse in Burbank to pick them up ourselves. They were never done. Looked the same as when they picked them up from our house. We've never gotten our deposit back. The new management/owners are liars. Don't trust them with your furniture or your money."
