After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "How often do you get a very good price, combined with a
contractor that does exactly what they say they are going to do, and they start
and finish on time? That was my experience with Approved Air Conditioning and Heating
located in Vista, CA. My project was a lot of work and Mike Gentry could have
come up with any number of reasons why it was going to take longer. When I saw
him working routinely from 7:30 AM until 6:30 PM I knew he?d get it done. My
project entailed 2 furnaces, 2 A/C units, 2 electronic air cleaners, and 2 UV
lights?in 2 different locations in the house.
I interviewed 6 different vendors?many of them the big names
in San Diego County. Sales people of these companies would come and recommend
the equipment and you never got to meet the actual folks installing. I?ve
learned from handling numerous contractors in the past that you get better
workmanship from owner\operator contractors providing they have experience and
good client ratings. I always check out their truck?if there is no pride in how
they maintain their own equipment I avoid them. From the beginning it was
apparent Mike Gentry knew what he was talking about and did not try to oversell
me. He also didn?t nickel and dime me with changes?he routed an A/C discharge
line to the outside of my house where I could harvest the condensation water
for irrigation. Furthermore, Mike and his son Nathan cleaned up after
themselves as the work progressed. I felt totally confident leaving them alone
in my home. They also applied for approval as a YGrene Contractor (recommended
over Hero) so I could get a better interest rate. His son Nathan helped me
download the APP?s for control of the Honeywell 9000 thermostats on my I-Pad.
It?s sweet lying in bed in the AM and firing up both furnaces.
I highly recommend this company and I will not hesitate to
use them in the future.

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

Sealed off work area with plastic curtain to protect the rest of the house from dust. once all asbestos was removed Juan and his crew were ready to go installing the new ducts. Everything went smoothly and once complete Juan showed me the work they had done and tested our system to make sure everything was working as it should.
