Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "When trying to get a new water heater installed in my house, I was initially nervous about hiring. When the guys showed up to the job, they asked me thoroughly what I wanted out of their services. We talked about a few different options, the price for each option, and which would be the easiest to hardest. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and any nerves I had about the job were gone. Within a week of my decision, the guys were at my house and finishing the job. When it came to professionalism, knowledge, and general zealousness to do a great job is sufficient time, I wouldn't recommend anybody but F.B. plumbing."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
