"Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

"Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit."

Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy (“we just want to see you smile”) that we have experienced. The design process was easy – our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process.
