Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed. The installs were done over 3 days and the workman (Ricky and Brian) were extremely professional. These were fairly complicated install jobs, but they accomplished them so smoothly and professionally, you would never know. The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean.
