"After heavy rains, we noticed a small amount of water leaking into the basement. I called Paradigm late in the day, and Ross (the owner) was able to come out first thing the next morning. He was on time, professional, and took the time to investigate the source of the leak-- even though he figured out early on that the problem was not something his company could fix. Ultimately, he directed me to the type of contractor I needed to fix the problem. Long story short: he offered his time and expertise at no charge to me and put us on a path to a solution that ultimately didn't benefit his company. That kind of responsiveness, honesty, and integrity is refreshing and should be comforting should you need his services."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

They were able to get a tech out within a few days: he tracked the issue down pretty quickly from my description, gave me a price on the spot: then I had to wait a few more days for the part to come in. I suppose that was the only downside of this experience, but they can't keep absolutely everything in stock so I get it. Second tech arrived a little later than scheduled, but Unique was thorough about keeping me updated on his ETA with two or three phone calls to let me know his status. He made the fix & was on his way. No nonsense, no upsell/hardsell/etc. Would use again if needed, would recommend to a friend."
