Doug called me when he was on his way and showed up on time! He gave me a great price (or at least I thought so). A week later I set up the date to have the replacement done. He emailed me a week before to confirm the date. Doug and John (I think that was his name) showed up on time to replace the water heater. They worked quickly yet thoroughly.
