"Chris was extremely knowledgeable in regards to any question that we asked. He was thorough in his inspection taking his time and often double checking. He communicated throughout the entire inspection all the while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. He even took the time to sit down and address any question we had in addition to all the question we had already asked. He did not just tell us the answer in instances where he could show us he did so. Chris also provided us with a wonderful handbook. On the next day I called him after reading the report and he took the time to go over each item I did not understand. He made an otherwise nervous and stressful experience much easier. "My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
