"I needed a gas dryer to be disconnected before delivery of a new dryer, but initially communicated the wrong date. Angel went out of his way to adjust his schedule on short notice to accommodate the new date. He was a very considerate and pleasant person to deal with, took great care to not make a mess, putting down towels to absorb any water when disconnecting the hoses, and left me with good advice for the new installation. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. "We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."
