"This is solely based off of my service. I backed into someone’s mailbox and had to replace it. I, as the customer, provided everything needed to replace the mailbox. So I think $205 to remove the broken post from the hole, replace with provided post and provided concrete was ridiculous. The fact that it cost $85 before they do any work(just to give an estimate) is ridiculous. So thank you but I will just YouTube anything from now on. Never again."

"I can't say enough about Melvin. We contracted with him to remove the popcorn finish from a home we had just bought. Melvin completed the work on 5/5/14 while we were out of town and before we moved in. <br /> Having been a contractor for decades, I cannot express how impressed I was with the product. The ceilings were like glass and properly primed/finished. <br /> Even the smallest closet (about 24" x24" with linen shelving from floor to ceiling) had been scraped and painted to perfection. <br /> Best of all, the entirety of work was completed without any input from me. I did not need to tell Melvin what to do or that something should be done better. He only knows how to do things one way-- the right way. <br /> We were so impressed that almost immediately we called Melvin back to paint several rooms in the home while we were on vacation. Again, Melvin did the job on his own and we returned to some stunning rooms. <br /> I just met with Melvin again today. I have a larger project (ceiling scraping, drywall, spackling and paint) and Melvin is the only guy I called. He was promptly available to look at the project and I have every confidence we will be working together soon. <br /> Lastly, Melvin is simply a hard-working, personable and friendly guy. "It is a real pleasure to find professionals of this calibre. Ryan and Paul are all the things you look for when searching for a provider. They are responsive and responsible. They call when they say they will, on time, and their work is TOP NOTCH.  When they found that there were areas of my vaulted ceiling, under the popcorn, where the old drywall finish was bleeding through the latex primer, they stopped, went out and bought alkyd based primer, returned and got right back to work.  They didn't even try to charge me more for the extra time and materials.  They are consummate professionals.  Not to mention they are super nice, and smart to boot!  I intend to hire them again when I can afford to remove the popcorn ceilings in the rest of the house.  I keep looking up and admiring their work!!"
