"From the outset, working with Carl has been a very positive experience.  I don't think there is a job out there that Carl could not handle.  I am so impressed with his quality of work, professionalism, price point, ability to meet timelines and more.  It's always evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time.  On several occasions, I've encouraged him to go the "easier route" on a certain part of the job, and each time he went the extra mile and did the job properly - even though it took him longer, and the work was likely more difficult for him - you can tell he likes it done the right way.  I am so appreciative of that because the results speak for themselves.  Carl has an excellent work ethic, his integrity both personally and professionally are evident, and I trust him implicitly - there are not many people that I would leave a key under the mat for to perform work while I'm not home, but after a few days of having Carl in my home, I wouldn't give it a second thought.  I'm a new homeowner, and there has been a major transformation since Carl first stepped in the door.  My friends and neighbors all compliment the work that has been done, and it makes going home so enjoyable at the end of a long day!  I would very highly recommend Carl at AJP Construction for anyone looking for a knowledgeable craftsman that can handle almost anything home-improvement related!

"Wonderful, professional and affordable. Would recommend to all my neighbors."

"Anthony and Steven Palermo of Atlantic Shore Home Improvement completed major bathroom renovations for us. They were outstanding: 1. The quality of their work was excellent. 2. They told us when they would start and how long it would take. They finished ahead of schedule. 3. There were no "surprises" or additional expenses. 4. They kept the worksite clean and free of clutter. We are glad we found Anthony and his company."

"Dave Card installed new wood floor in our master bedroom, as well as baseboards in the bedroom, powder room and some other parts of the house. We contacted several (many) providers and after meeting with Dave and his son, we were confident our project would go well. He never pushed us to do things one way or another, but gave us good advice even before we engaged his services. We can say we were extremely satisfied and happy the way the project turned out. Dave was responsive throughout all the stages of the project. I could call him if I had a question and even if he was not immediately available (he would be working), he would always call me back the same day. He answered all our questions and gave us good advice about which materials to buy, and what kind of installation would work best for us. Dave and his team arrived promptly every day and always left our house clean and tidy. His team is respectful and mindful of your house and property. When I couldn't decide about the baseboard profile, he patiently worked with me to find a baseboard profile that I liked. He always explained what work took place that day, and explained before the next step of work would take place. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much Dave, for your honestly and wonderful work ethic!"

"Completed the job in a few days and he did an excellent job on cleanup. He made the area look brand new after repairs were made from termite damage."

"I had exterior repairs and cleaning of my rental property. I had some repairs done to the roof along with power washing if the exterior. There were also some spots that needed stucco repaired in some places. I live out of state and they hadled this very professionally. My neighbor watch the workers and gave very positive feedback stating they were a great crew and did a great job."

"Howard did a great job.  The finish is excellent. The work was done in the time requested and fits perfectly.

"The entire process was excellent. From the initial contact, to the walk through quote, to the official written quote (within 24 hours), to selecting the paint, having the samples applied to the walls, starting and completing the work this company exceeed my expectations. They were professional, prompt and communicative. The job was started on time as promised and completed in the time frame communicated. The results transformed my residence. The painting was expertly executed and the attention to detail was laser sharp. I had a few areas that partial pieces of baseboard were replaced. The repaired area is seamless. The existing baseboards are original to the home, they look young again. An excellent example of the excellent craftsmanship. All fixtures and cabinets were fully protected during the process and the house was clean of the pairing activities when the job was complete. If you are looking for a company to do interior painting, I could not more highly recommend J&J Popular Painting, Inc."

"Service was fantastic! Atrium's estimator was right on target. The painters were quiet, clean and professional and made sure I was happy with the results at the end of each day that they worked. They moved furniture and cleaned up after themselves. The house looks really clean and bright now!"

"The paint crew worked methodically and cleaned up each day. The ceiling smooth out and paint came out great - it's a vaulted ceiling. Seven rooms were also painted. Drywall repair was done to smooth out areas that needed attention since towel racks and shelves were taken down. The job was on time and came out beautiful."
