"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

"After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future

"I’ve used SILA for my yearly heating maintenance. The technician ( Adnan) was great and responsive to my concerns. He first asked me if I have any questions or concerns regarding my heating unit. I had told him my electric bill was higher than previous year & unit seemed it would shut down frequently. "Excellent job by Eddie. He wasn't sure at first that he would be able to clear one of the drains, due to the age/type of pipes in the house, but his efforts were successful. I would have no hesitation in using this company for such services in the future, or in recommending it to others. In fact, my regular plumber had previously been unsuccessful in clearing the bathtub drain, so all the more credit to Eddie. Note that this work was performed as part of a special offer that I received in an e-mail from Angie's List.
