"Very prompt and patient. Brian replaced our hot water heater on the same day as the quote. We will call them if we need any plumbing in the future."

"Prompt and efficient, improved the installation of my water heater."

"It is not often that one finds a contractor who does what he says he will do. Jason Milian did just that. He set up a time to come put in my water heater and stuck to it. In fact, he and his helper stayed all day and into the evening without taking lunch, just so that we would have hot water before he left. He even followed up twice to make sure that everything was running without any problems. Now, that is service! I definitely recommend Genesis Plumbing CSRA for your plumbing needs. Just to let you know how much I believe in the company, I plan on hiring them again sometime in the future for a major project: removing old drainage pipes (one of which is a 6 inch cast iron section) and replacing them. Jason has seen the project and knows what is involved (a lot of crawling underneath a 102 year old house)."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The plumber, Jesse, is outstanding. He is a complete professional. He dug up my yard, replaced the PVC, and restored the yard to where you were unable to tell it was disturbed. He is a great communicator - keeps you fully informed of what is going on. I was lucky to have him fix my very bad leak."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

Painting - interior and exterior. This may include small repairs on wood work for painting projects. We can do concrete jobs, and also offer drain cleaning services. We do not do cabinet work at this time.
