"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"It is not often that one finds a contractor who does what he says he will do. Jason Milian did just that. He set up a time to come put in my water heater and stuck to it. In fact, he and his helper stayed all day and into the evening without taking lunch, just so that we would have hot water before he left. He even followed up twice to make sure that everything was running without any problems. Now, that is service! I definitely recommend Genesis Plumbing CSRA for your plumbing needs. Just to let you know how much I believe in the company, I plan on hiring them again sometime in the future for a major project: removing old drainage pipes (one of which is a 6 inch cast iron section) and replacing them.
