They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The bathtub was backing up and draining very slow, and when the kitchen faucet was running, dirty water was coming up in through the bathtub drain. The lady I set up the appointment with, sorry I forgot her name, was so kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciated receiving a call ahead of time when the plumber was on the way.
