"One could not ask for much more with Vlad from AWP. He was willing to take the time to discuss what he was doing and explain options. His work is very neat and precise and he maintained a very clean work environment. As someone who does most of their own work, I can assure you that I will utilize AWP for all my plumbing needs in the future."

"Very happy with the entire experience. Got an estimate which was the lowest of the 4 plumbing companies that I contacted for the job. I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. I was able to schedule the job next day. The Plumber was on time and only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. Work was very well done and very happy with result. Cost - $1,339.00 + Tax."

"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen.  I am so pleased.  I never dreamed it would look this good ever again!  Mr Logan is a gem!  He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend him and his work!

"I want cut out and replace up to 1 feet of copper pipe. 5 minus and I lost more than $500. On Yelp, I can hire have many contractor from $200 to $300 but my friend tell me try on angieslist. I can not give quality after 1 week but the price is so expensive."

"Excellent job, very professional and beautiful outcome"

"i didn't hire directly.  they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"The work that was done was done well. However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work. It looks great but it was frustrating. I've purchased two other super deals from Angie's that were completed with very little effort on my part. | | |"

"Repair work was ok. When called them on the phone, the person was rude about scheduling and the work.

"On August 20, A.J. came over to my house to do a host of things that needed to be done that were beyong my home skills.  A.J. had scheduled 8am for us and came over at around 7:40. He immediately got to work putting in our bathroom ligh/fan in the master bathroom. He then slowly worked his way around to the kitchen area replacing all the towel racks in the bathrooms, which were improperly installed.
Next he installed a water line to our new refridgerator, he did stop for about 30 mintues to run to the local hardware store to pick up some items needed for the installation.  When he got back he explained clearly what he did and why he needed to get parts.  After that he worked his way to the downstairs laundryroom/bathroom to fix towel racks there and then worked his way outside to figure out the outdoor lighting system above my garage.  When that was done, I had but a 1/2 hour left of his time so I had him hang some pictures in the living room.  Out of my "to-do"list for him he got about half done, and that was really good since I thought I bathroom fan and water line woudl take all day!
At the end of the work day, A.J. and I talked about my back deck and the repairs that were needed to be done before the wet winter would come.  I was so impressed with his work that day I went ahead and scheduled another time for him to come back and refurbish my deck.   A.J. clearly demostrated professionalism and courtesy, in everything.  I am happy I found him when I did."
