"Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Cancelled work before the tech left as we were going to have it done later - also looked up the cost of said motor on the manufacturer web site only $209! Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."

"I had purchased a tilt mount to use instead of the flat wall mount which came with the deal. Apparently, my mount was defective or not to its specs of weight limit for a tv. No fault of the tech. He had a tilt mount to sell me which I purchased for over $110 and I added the cost of concealing the wires. The tv mount was installed too low and it keeps tilting downward toward one side. I mentioned this to him and he stated that due to the weight of the tv, it will continuously have to be adjusted. I'm dissatisfied with the work. Overall, the cost of the whole thing was over $300. I also have holes in the wall because he kept hitting a concrete barrier."
